Our Cultural Program includes a cultural component which gives teachers the opportunity to engage more broadly with Americans students and to share their own cultures with their U.S. hosting communities. The program affords an unprecedented chance to share your country’s culture and heritage, exposing American college students to the thoughts of worldwide inclusion and tolerance, and allowing them to think with a more international perspective. Participants in U.S. teacher exchange programs play an invaluable role in facilitating intercultural learning. As part of BridgeUSA, international teachers are expected to facilitate at least two opportunities for learning between their home country and the United States.
